A Weekend with Bub // 10.21-23.16

When this girl decides to visit SLO for the weekend, of course I gotta take her to all of our memorable spots from the last two years. First place I suggest is Sally Loo’s (fun fact: we had our first date as an official couple here) for breakfast. Being a Saturday, this place gets packed by 9AM, so this girl suggests leaving at 8AM. Little did I know that when I showed up to Aren’s place (where Megan was staying) that this homie would still be rolling around in bed :\ Nevertheless, she finally starts hustling and we leave by 8:45, get to Sally Loo’s at 9AM. Lucky for us we got a table, and decided to be a little adventurous and get one of the specials, the Winnie’s Waffle. And that was the best decision because look. at. this. waffle. OMG it was good, probably unlike any waffle I’ve had. It was great. Afterwards we walked around downtown SLO and browsed through Boo Boo Records and Monterey St. in general. I dropped her back off at Aren’s place because for the afternoon we were parting ways and going to Men’s/Women’s time. Later, a pizza dinner at Blaze and then chilling for the night was how we ended our Saturday. Come Sunday, everything was busy due to the baptisms as well as Megan leaving later that afternoon. After church service, baptisms, and lunch in Morro Bay, we drove back to SLO and grabbed some coffee at our favorite coffee shop, Scout’s. She ordered a Wilderness cappuccino, and I stuck with my usual nitro cold brew. Just enjoying each other’s company and last few moments before she had to go back to the Bay. So basically here’s a bunch of pictures of this girl lol, cause she my boo.
